You’ve got questions about pre-hire assessments, and we’ve got answers.

But if you can’t find it, then don’t hesitate to email us and a real live human will get back to you.

This will depend on your specific requirements, however, the process typically takes between 4-6 weeks from sign-off to go live. You can contact our team who can walk you through the whole process with us.

We’re proud to have a fair and honest pricing method that is tailored to your hiring requirements and objectives. Contact us here for pricing information.

We promise not to overburden you with to-dos.

Our design process is easy to follow and can be handled by you directly or facilitated by one of our experts.

At the end of the day it’s your assessment that means we will request sign-off from you ahead of going live. If you want to understand the process in more depth you can check it out here.

This is flexible – we’ll work with you to understand what’s right for your needs. As a general rule of thumb, we like to keep assessments under 15-25 minutes to ensure maximum candidate engagement.

Our proven approach to assessment design means our assessments are more valid than generic or off-the-shelf assessment types. They’re unique to your jobs, and what you want to look for in new hires and like the validity of any assessment, it only comes from whether is helping you to achieve your hiring objectives.

Our team can take you through this process in more detail. You can book some time in their diary here.

Ultimately this depends on your goals, but most of the time ROI is delivered through either a reduction in new hire failures, quicker time to hire or improved new hire performance

Our cost of failed hires calculator and candidate screening time calculator can help or feel free to contact us for further exploration.

Yes. We work with translators and for a small additional charge you can have your assessment created and supported in any language you like. We’re happy to discuss multi-lingual assessments too.

No, not really. It’s unlikely the way someone plays a game will predict how someone will behave in the actual job (unless that job involves playing that same game of course).

So while our assessments are fun and engaging to complete they serve a more important purpose in informing candidates what daily life is really like in the role. Our research shows that 96% of candidates actually prefer this approach.

Unlike other assessment providers, we’re with you every step of the way. We provide 24/7 candidate support via our chatbot and additional in-person support in business hours. If you have technical issues logging into ThriveMap or want to change your assessments, we provide a full concierge service as part of your ThriveMap subscription.

That’s fine. Jobs change over time. So does culture. Your assessments should reflect what people actually do at work, and should align with your hiring criteria. We can make any changes required over the course of your ThriveMap subscription.

From the day it goes live. We provide data updates to you throughout your ThriveMap subscription and we’re working towards a real-time analytics dashboard so you can see which attributes and questions are leading to success in your roles.

It depends. The default mode is to see who completes the assessment and the scores they got, however we also have an anonymous mode if you’d like to recruit “blind” and remove names from candidate reports. We usually sync our assessments with your ATS so it depends on how you’d like things to be configured.
